This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for cycling event coordination products and services purchased from Muscledetoxpure through muscledetoxpure.ddd. It applies to all ride packages including the Starter Group Ride, Joint Event Premium, and Corporate Cycling Summit, as well as custom add-ons and bespoke event planning services.
Muscledetoxpure provides event coordination services rather than physical goods. Our return policy therefore focuses on cancellation timelines, refund eligibility, rescheduling options, and credit arrangements. We aim to be fair and transparent while accounting for the advance planning, route surveying, marshal scheduling, and venue coordination required for each joint cycling event.
A booking is considered confirmed when you receive written confirmation from our team and any required deposit or full payment has been processed. Confirmation emails include your package tier, event date, rider capacity, route overview, and applicable cancellation terms. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us at feedback@muscledetoxpure.world within forty-eight hours if any details are incorrect.
If you cancel your cycling event booking more than thirty calendar days before the scheduled event date, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, minus a NZ$15 administrative processing fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a new date within twelve months at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations made between fifteen and thirty calendar days before the event date are eligible for a fifty percent refund of the total package price. At this stage, Muscledetoxpure has typically committed resources including marshal scheduling, route finalization, and venue reservations. The remaining fifty percent covers preparatory costs already incurred.
Cancellations made fewer than fifteen calendar days before the event date are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to an alternative date within six months, subject to a NZ$45 rescheduling fee and availability of our coordination team and route resources.
Cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our marshals, support crew, and venue partners have been deployed and cannot be recalled at this stage.
The Starter Group Ride package may be cancelled for a full refund up to fourteen days before the event date. Cancellations within fourteen days receive a NZ$40 credit toward a future booking within six months. No refunds are available within seven days of the event.
The Joint Event Premium package follows the general cancellation timeline in Section 3. Due to the larger scale of coordination involved, deposits of NZ$85 are non-refundable if the booking required advance marshal and venue commitments at the time of purchase.
Corporate Cycling Summit bookings require a non-refundable deposit of NZ$200 at the time of confirmation. The deposit covers initial route surveying, branded material design, and venue liaison. The remaining balance follows the general cancellation timeline. Custom add-ons ordered for corporate events are non-refundable once production has commenced.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to severe weather warnings, natural disasters, road closures, public health directives, insufficient rider registrations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel your event, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If we postpone an event, you may accept the new date, receive a full refund, or convert your payment to a credit valid for twelve months.
Light rain does not automatically result in event cancellation. Muscledetoxpure monitors weather forecasts and road conditions closely. If we determine that conditions pose a safety risk to participants, we will notify the organizer at least twelve hours before the scheduled start time when possible. Weather-related postponements follow the rescheduling options described in Section 5.
If your registered rider count decreases after booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Reductions of up to twenty percent from the booked capacity made more than fifteen days before the event incur no penalty. Larger reductions or changes within fifteen days of the event may result in adjusted pricing or partial forfeiture of prepaid amounts, as our marshal and logistics planning is based on confirmed rider numbers.
Optional add-ons including event photography, branded jerseys, timing chips, and post-ride catering are subject to separate refund terms. Add-ons may be cancelled for a full refund up to twenty-one days before the event if production or procurement has not yet begun. Once materials have been ordered or services contracted, add-on fees are non-refundable.

You may also call +64273492520 during business hours. Refund requests are processed within ten business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional five to ten business days before funds appear in your account.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand. If our cycling event coordination services fail to meet guaranteed standards of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or match their description, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the timelines stated above.
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation or the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand as appropriate under our Terms of Use.
